Foundations of Teaching Online Course Available On-Demand
Welcome To Foundations Of Teaching Online!
The LEC is excited to provide a self-enroll, asynchronous course introducing the basics of teaching and learning in online and blended learning environments.
Some of the topics explored in this course include:
- What online learning is and how it is different from other learning modalities
- How we can apply learning theories, instructional design theories and models, and other useful frameworks to create optimal learning experiences for our students
- What tools and technologies we can use to facilitate learning methods for enhancing learner engagement, accessibility, student success, and more!
Participants can complete all six modules of the course and earn a Certificate of Completion, or they can view single modules of choice without the option for a certificate.
