Description:

In this interactive workshop, educators will explore how to leverage Lucid’s suite of tools—including Lucidchart and Lucidspark—within the Canvas Learning Management System to create dynamic visual content and collaborative learning activities. Participants will learn how to create and embed diagrams, flowcharts, and brainstorming boards to enhance instructional materials, facilitate student engagement, and support group projects.

Attendees will receive step-by-step guidance on setting up Lucid in Canvas, using visual content to illustrate complex concepts, and incorporating interactive boards for real-time collaboration.


Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this workshop, learners will be able to:

  1. Create interactive visual content using Lucidchart to enhance instructional materials.
  2. Integrate Lucidchart and Lucidspark content into Canvas modules, assignments, and discussions.
  3. Analyze the effectiveness of using Lucid tools for student engagement and knowledge retention.
  4. Evaluate best practices for implementing visual collaboration tools in their teaching.
