A module-based structure can be beneficial to students by establishing a logical sequence of tasks and emphasizing the connections between course components. In this workshop, you will learn how to use module organization and scaffolded instruction to create an intuitive flow in your Canvas course.

Objectives 

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Create modules and add materials, activities, and assignments.
2. Write meaningful module overview and wrap-up pages.
3. Use pages to display and contextualize instructional materials and activities.
4. Organize modules by reordering content, adding headers, and using indentation.
5. Control access to content by adding release dates, module prerequisites, or requiring content to be completed in order.
