Live Proctoring is Now Available with Respondus
In collaboration with the Office of Innovation and Information Technology, we are excited to announce that Respondus will include Instructor Live Proctoring capabilities.
We have had the ability to use Respondus Lockdown Browser to deter cheating, and Respondus Monitor to proctor exams, but have you wished you could proctor your exams in real-time, in a remote setting? Wait no more!

Instructor Live Proctoring uses Respondus LockDown Browser to prevent cheating on the computer itself, while video conferencing software runs in the background allowing the instructor to see and hear students throughout the exam. This method is only recommended for small class sizes where instructors can effectively observe and track students during the exam.

Please note: You will not be able to use Respondus Monitor and Zoom Proctoring at same time –only one of them can be used at a time. Zoom is taking the place of a Lab Monitor in real time for small class sizes; whereas, monitor is per student and tracked.
