In this workshop, we’ll explore and demonstrate new Zoom Workplace features in areas including Host Tools, Whiteboard, Surveys, Captions, Zoom View Features, Reactions, Share and Focus Mode. Through practical examples and demonstrations, you’ll learn how to make the most of using these tools to create a more interactive, accessible, and effective virtual Zoom Session.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this workshop, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify unique features of Zoom’s Host Tools, Whiteboard, Surveys, Captions, Zoom View Features, Reactions,  Focus and Share Mode.
  2. Discuss practical use cases for Zoom features including Whiteboard, Surveys, Captions, and Focus Mode to enhance participant engagement.
  3. Apply advanced Zoom features, such as Focus Mode and Reactions, to create a more interactive and controlled virtual environment.
  4. Create customized Zoom meeting setups utilizing Host Tools, Whiteboard, and view features to meet specific workshop or class objectives.
